Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
Fulfillment of the contract between you and the controller according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of GDPR,
The legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of GDPR,
Your consent to the processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of GDPR in conjunction with § 7, paragraph 2 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society in case no order of goods or services has been placed.
The purpose of processing personal data is:To fulfill your order and to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when ordering, personal data is required that is necessary for the successful fulfillment of the order (name and address, contact), providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to fulfill it,

The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making as defined in Article 22 of GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.IV. Data Retention Period
The controller retains personal data:For the duration necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
After the retention period has expired, the controller will delete personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)
Recipients of personal data are:Persons involved in the delivery of goods/services/realization of payments based on the contract,
Those providing marketing services.
The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or an international organization.VI. Your Rights

The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage and personal data stored in physical form.The controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.VIII. Final Provisions
